Hi all. I am really trying hard to loose weight after the birth of my DS2 (6mnths now) I think I need to do a lot more in the line of exercise if I want to get back to my ideal weight.
I am sure there are other mums out there just like me who would like to loose a bit more weight by doing something fun.
