September 3, 2011 at 7:48 am #116065BodyrightphysioMemberHi Guys as Amelia would say ‘Its raining its boring’ 😆 😆
Seeing as I haven’t prepared any Pilates using an umbrella as a prop, we are going to take ‘Pilates in the Park’ back to the Clinic!
BodyRight Physiotherapy Clinic is on Crosslanes, between The Lourdes Hospital Carpark and Murphy’s TV. There is limited parking in the Clinic, and plenty of parking in the Hospital carpark next door.
Hope to see you there 😀
September 3, 2011 at 8:29 am #116066JedtKeymasterOk guys, we might wander down later on. Pity about the weather, was looking forward to having the kids outdoors this morning for some fun!

September 3, 2011 at 1:42 pm #116073JedtKeymasterWell done to Sara & Gareth for this morning. Despite the up and down Irish weather, there was a great turnout. Nice to see some Mumstown mums there enjoying the free Pilates class. Was great to have it outside, nice doing it in the fresh air.
For anyone who is interested in taking some more pilates classes, whether its for pregnancy, general fitness or with baby; check the Bodyright Physio website for details: http://www.bodyrightphysio.ie/
