    Hi Guys

After such a great response to our ‘Pilates in the Park’ event last month we are now set to do it all over again.

Save the date Saturday September 3rd weather permitting :?
    10am till lunch…

    We will have:
Pilates Classes, Tai-Chi Classes, Fit Ball Classes and Boot Camp for the more adventurous!!

We are delighted to have D’Vine on-board again for light refreshments.

Every thing will be provided FREE OF CHARGE on the day with donations to the Tania Mc Cabe Foundation accepted.

Hope you can join us for a wonderful day out :D :D

    which park???

OOPS!! its Dominic Park in Drogheda (thats the one off the Rathmullan Rd, beside the river, with the kids play area)

    😀 😀 😀

Check out page 13 of the Drogheda Leader this week for details of our upcoming ‘Pilates in the Park’ event on Saturday the 3rd of Sepember in Dominic park… Last chance of the Summer!

We will be watching the weather closely this week (not just to see what Jean is wearing 😆 😆 )

fingers and toes crossed for a sunny morning this saturday 🙁

    it worked last time 😀

looking like it could be a damp Pilates session!!

But sure if you let the weather stop you in this country we would never get anything done 😆 😆

Hope you can still make it

Raincoats at the ready….hope it picks up for tomorrow morning 😀

Yea the forecast isnt great but we will be there either way and if its a wash out in the morning its FREE classes at the clinic!!

So come along we cant let the weather stop us 😀

Hi Guys as Amelia would say ‘Its raining its boring’ 😆 😆

Seeing as I haven’t prepared any Pilates using an umbrella as a prop, we are going to take ‘Pilates in the Park’ back to the Clinic!

BodyRight Physiotherapy Clinic is on Crosslanes, between The Lourdes Hospital Carpark and Murphy’s TV. There is limited parking in the Clinic, and plenty of parking in the Hospital carpark next door.

Hope to see you there 😀

Ok guys, we might wander down later on. Pity about the weather, was looking forward to having the kids outdoors this morning for some fun!

Sun has come out we are headen for the park again!! You just dont know with this weather!!

    😆 😆 😆

Well done to Sara & Gareth for this morning. Despite the up and down Irish weather, there was a great turnout. Nice to see some Mumstown mums there enjoying the free Pilates class. Was great to have it outside, nice doing it in the fresh air.

For anyone who is interested in taking some more pilates classes, whether its for pregnancy, general fitness or with baby; check the Bodyright Physio website for details:
