    ah girls and gents , had the best laugh of my life tonight considering the awful news today . I went to Salsa slims with my neighbour and oh my god I am aching , my little toe is aching , my hair is aching., It is the best workout I have ever witnessed. It was just brilliant. I just cannot highly recommend it enough ,It is truly a laugh and great excercise, music is brill oh and the dancing :) brilliant brilliant ..

    I would have loved to have done it but the one i was dealing with from that company was a snotty moo!!! So glad we went with Labfittness they are brilliant and loving the pole dancing…. Im feeling your pain, dont think I will be able to move in the morning 😯

    i did deal with a girl but we had 2 guys last night and my god do they have rythym(cant even spell it 🙂 LOL

    It was brill , lower back is sore , but ok though :;)
