Its been a while since my hubby and I had a night out just the two of us and was thinking of maybe taking him somewhere nice over night for his birthday soon.
Does anyone recommend a nice hotel, on the East coast if possible?
As much as I love my children, we really need a night away without them soon….its a pretty hectic house and a quiet night for just the 2 of us would be lovely!!

I love Kilkenny but probably a bit too far for one night
Think last time we had an overnight on our own was 1.5yr ago – my sisters both got dogs and my eldest is terrified so there’s the end of that! 🙄
life has been so hectic of late that I really need to spend some one on one time with my hubby and just relax for a day or two. I cannot remember the last time we had a proper snog! Terrible!!!
Knightsbrook Hotel in Trim is really nice and less than an hour away……and theres always fab deals for it on pigsback.com
Was thinking about going to Lusty Beg (how’s that for a name?!) – has anyone been? It looks lovely!!
