    Hi,

I am sure most of us that live out Mornington way have now found this little treasure of a gift shop in Mornington.

It is wonderful, you can get so many unusual gifts there, for any person you can think of. they have a lovely range for babies, children and lots of gorgeous housey things as well.

They also wrap any gift you buy free of charge and the service is very friendly.

Just wanted to let anyone know who hasnt found it yet to pop in for a browse…..its on the road into Drogheda from Mornington opposite Mornington Court estate.

Yes and Scole is so right the lady that owns the shop is so helpful and friendly, she really goes out of her way to help you and say hello, its just so nice as most shops you go in now you are lucky if you even get a hello/goodbye. But there is also no pressure to buy, the amount of times i have been in just for a browse.

I think it great to support independantly owned shops, especially out in the "suburbs" 😆 or should i say "sticks" as we would say in england……

So Glad everyone is talking about This shop. I live across the road and paint in my spare time and have started to sell also. I specialise in animated pieces for kids rooms but have also done some Frank Miller Batman stuff (copycatzartist.bebo.com) Scole is my neighbour and good friend and she encouraged me to go over to Margaret with samples for her to sell on my behalf and she was so warm and welcoming and loved my stuff so I will have pieces upstairs in a few weeks from now….

I am leaving my Full Time job end Feb to be a full time mum to 2 and just cannot wait so looking forward to chats……

Funny, I drove past there yesterday and didn’t pop in as I had 2 tired kids in the car. So good to hear good reports. I’ll definitely stop next time.

Love, love, love this place too. Everyone I have bought gifts for from there, has been delighted with them.

Now, did I dream this or did I read/hear that they were thinking of building a cafe there too?
