Have loads of movies saved on sky plus taking up space, can you save them onto an external hard drive or the likes?
Any save from skybox? How easy is it to do?

Afaik, if you have a DVD Recorder (as opposed to just a DVD player), you can record the movies onto DVD.

The most common way is to play the programmes in real time and record onto a dvd recorder (coz the sky stream is not in a standard computer video format). If you haven’t got a dvd recorder, you can connect to a pc and do the same but you may need to buy the connection cables and also software to convert the video into a format that the computer can display, as sky uses a different format (dazzle from pinnacle studios should work, I might have it at home if you want to try)

try and record them before you cancel as they will be deleted…they may still show in your planner but you won’t be able to view them….

dh is going to put them on the hard drive for me, then onto disk, dont want to lose the movies as i have some great kids ones. The sky guy said they will be deleted if you cancel movies, so will save them first
