    Im looking to get a few pumkins in Dunnes Stores 2 for 5 euro, you cant go wrong!
    Im looking for ideas on what to do with the pumkin flesh, im was looking to do a nice soup, any ideas?
    I did see a nice on in either the Aldi or Lidl brochure, not sure which one it was, had nutmeg and other spices
    Seen another one this evening

    i made wonderful pumpkin soup couple years ago…but cant give you a recipe as didnt use one,just put a few other veg with it…not onion from memory as i am not keen on onions…all i know it tasted deicious & i am not best at making soups….so i am sure whatever you put in it the pumpkin will make it taste lovely….

    Oh the pumkin and red pepper one sounds yummy!! Will have a better look later, just on to say got 2 HUGE PUMKINS in Dunnes in Southgate for 99CENT EACH!!!
    Happy days…. will get carving and soup making tomorrow 😆 😆 😆
