    Hi, does anyone know of a Pregnancy Pilates class in Drogheda or Mid Louth area?

    Hi there,

    Don’t know anything about Louth but there is pregnancy yoga in Navan and Ashbourne.

    Hi Charlotte,

    Congratulations on your pregnancy! There are often leaflets left around the maternity unit at the hospital or in the GP office too about pregnancy yoga

    You could also try asking on the Mums to be section, there are lots of pregnant mums on there who may be able to point you in the right direction! Good luck.
