A few spaces left for our Pregnancy Pilates Class held every Tueday at 19.20.
Pregnancy Pilates is not only a great way to stay strong and tone up during pregnancy but is designed to strengthen the pelvic floor area and core muscles safely.
I went to this class this evening and have to say it was great. Enjoyed the stretching and exercises. Very good for building core muscle strength (which is pretty important for labour, birth and afterwards!) and reckon I’m in for a good nights sleep tonight too, feel relaxed and nicely tired now.
Well worth checking out for mums-to-be, was nice to have a whole hour to myself to do something for baby and me without any distraction.
