Mamma Mia is collecting second-hand pregnancy books from as many new mums as possible to "sell" on this website to raise money for sick children who attend the three children’s hospitals: The National Children’s Hospital, Tallaght, Temple Street Children’s University Hospital & Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin. Customers will be able to purchase the books of their choice by donating a minimum of €2.50 plus postage costs per book. Each book will have a "hand on heart" rating out of 10 for condition. This means that customers will have a true idea of what state the book is in before they decide to purchase it. For example, if it has dog-ears and scribbles on it, we will advertise that fact.

You can play a huge part in this project by sending us your old pregnancy-related books to:

    Bump Book Appeal
    Mamma Mia
    88 Alpine Rise
    Belgard Heights
    Dublin 24

We would be delighted to accept all books relating to pregnancy, birth and babies which are in suitable condition for selling on the site.

We have kick-started the fundraiser by placing my own personal books for sale, which can be viewed by clicking here.

If you have any questions about this Book Appeal, you can email us at info@mammamia.ie where we would be happy to answer your queries.

Many thanks in advance for taking part in this worthwhile project.

If anyone wants to get the books up to Tallaght, I could collect them in Drogheda and when calling up to my mums i could spin over to tallaght and drop them off at the address… if that helps anyone
