Poxy water retention!

    Am wondering is there anything that can help reduce water retention in the run up to having your period as I can gain as much as 5-7lbs in weight & look about 4-5 months pregnant my stomach sticks out so much. I actually have a fear that someone is going to ask me when im due its so bad…..& then I really will cry.

    Anyone have any tips for me?.


    Believe it not – the only way to rid yourself of water is to drink loads!!


    And green tea – that helps with bloating. You can get it in loads of different flavours too. I like the peppermint, apple & pear and cranberry ones


    I drink water every day,id say at least 2 litres.I dont drink tea or coffee,I’m one of those strange people that never has,hot drinks never appealed to me i suppose!.

    So water doesn’t work for me…does anything else help?
