Here is an article from Irish Independent about PND. An honest account of how it affected me. It never got too bad for me but the stigma associated with it made me suffer quietly, when I should have been able to speak up and not feel ashamed. By talking about it, we can take some of the stigma away.
If anyone else wants to share their story on PND, please do, it can help to get it off your chest and it gives other women comfort to know they are not the only ones who have felt (or are feeling) this way.
