The PM will always sit in your outbox until it has been opened by the person you have sent it to.
It’s just a way of knowing whether someone gets it or not.
Once the PM is no longer in your outbox it means the receiver has the message.Hope this clears up your query.
I’ve just sent a pm and notice that the last two I thought I sent are still in my outbox, am I not doing something?
