SUNDAY

BREAKFAST – 3 mandrins & an apple

SNACK – fitness bar

DINNER – carvery in Wiers pub Turkey, mash, roast pots, cabbage, carrots, stuffing & gravy & a coke

SNACK – 2 dairy milk melt chocolate thingys 😳

TEA – bacon bap & loads of profiteroles 😳

MONDAY-

BREAKFAST – 2 mandrins & a banana

SNACK – scone with jam & butter bottle of innocence juicy water

LUNCH – 1/2 a demi baguette with ham lettuce tomato cheese & coleslaw (my dad nicked the other half) with tea

SNACK – 5 profiteroles 😳

& there’s me off buying bikinis yesterday I’d wanna give it over with the profiteroles. Don’t usually have things like that in the house so if its not here I can’t eat it.

DINNER – beef mash peas & gravy

TUESDAY-

BREAKFAST – cereal half fitness half bran flakes with skimmed milk

SNACK – bbs orange choc chip muffin & tea (I am gonna miss them, does anyone know if they do them in the laurences centre bbs???)

LUNCH – 1/2 tin of beans & 2 slices of toast

SNACK – half a melon

DINNER – chicken wrap & chips & coke

I cooked potatoes but they went to mush so rang chipper 😳

orange choc chip nuffin….yum. i have tried the laurance centre for these and they didnt have them. that was while ago. must try again and will let you know.

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST – cereal half fitness half bran flakes skimmed milk

SNACK – apple

LUNCH – boiled egg 2 slices of toast with LF spread

DINNER – Mc Ds medium big mac meal

SNACK -a balisto

[pinkbabe]

BREAKFAST – an orange

LUNCH – 3 sausages & 2 slices of toast with LF spread

DINNER – mash chicken fillet peas & carrots

500ml coke
