    MONDAY

    Breakfast – 2 slices of white toast & scrambled egg

    SNACK – 2 more slices of white toast with tea

    TUESDAY

    BREAKFAST – Bowl of cheerios with full fat milk & an apple

    SNACK – an orange

    LUNCH – 300ml avonmore veg soup 3 slices of mcCambridge brown bread (no butter) 1 fitness bar & cup of tea

    DINNER – home made chips, 2 big als chicken fillet in a bundy

    WEDNESDAY –

    In Drog all day so so bold

    BREAKFAST – apple in car

    SNACK – choc chip muffin & tea in bbs (all on my own, while waiting to meet kelly)

    LUNCH – 1/2 hamburger & about 5 chips

    SNACK – fitness bar

    DINNER – 1/2 chicken curry 1/2 portion of fried rice & 1/2 portion of chips

    Was starving when I got home, couldn’t face starting to cook @ 8pm

    THURSDAY

    BREAKFAST – tea & toast

    SNACK – 500ml bottle of water & an orange (It’s too warm for food)

    LUNCH – 2 eggs scrambled 2 slices of toast LF spread

    FRIDAY-

    BREAKFAST – 1 egg scrambled, 2 rashers & 2 slices of toast

    SNACK – tea & fitness bar
