    Half a carton of avonmore veg soup & a demi baguette no butter

    Ribena tooth kind to drink

    BREAKFAST- 2 waterfall tablets (4 fluid retention) & a kid size smoothie from jump with orange, pineapple, pear & low fat yog it was yum

    SNACK – M&S cookie from bakery & cup of tea

    LUNCH – Rest of yesterdays soup 2 slices white bread no butter cup of tea

    DINNER – big Als chunky chicken fillet, mash & peas

    Gonna watch a dvd tonight so only hopeing my lovely BF doesn’t bring in munchies thinking he’s being nice!!!

    I didn’tend up watching dvd last night so no munchies just a cup of tea when a friend called.

    Today

    BREAKFAST – bowl of special K & cup of tea

    LUNCH – Salad mush sambo on white no butter

    salad included white of egg lettuce tomato cucumber & mayo all mushed up in a bowl n spread on the bread YUM
