I’m a certified Master NLP Practitioner & Coach and I work in the two main areas of coaching, personal and business.

For personal coaching I am a BREAKTHROUGH CONSULTATION SPECIALIST and I can help you make the positive changes you want and currently find difficult and can do it in 10 hours or less. This is a complete program with set blocks of time. Unlike conventional coaching/counselling where you spend 12 x 1 hour weekly – that is 3 months!! (and the counselling hour is only 50 minutes) the breakthrough consultation program is designed to help you make positive changes fast! (within 1 month max) which ultimately ends up being cheaper. The areas that I specialise in are:

Post Natal Depression
Stress
Depression
Smoking Cessation

For business coaching I concentrate on GROUP COACHING PROGRAMS which unless otherwise stated are run as a 2 hours x 5 week program. These programs are aimed at Small Business Owners and Sole Traders specifically. These are not sit and listen programs, they are interactive and help you get the results to develop your business further. There is a minimum requirement of 10 attendees for any coaching program to run. The areas I specialise in are:

Business Growth Coaching
