    We run a variety of one day courses including:
    Antenatal & Newborn Care
    Preparing For Parenthood
    Parenting Age 1 to 6
    Parenting Age 6 to 11
    Parenting Teenagers
    Parenting After Separation or Divorce
    First Aid for Parents

    And for teenagers:
    Personal Development For Teenagers (to improve self confidence, assertive communication, setting goals etc).
