Had a lazy day yesterday with mini-admin, going to get the finger out later with a quick jog and some roller skating in Funtasia at 8pm.
Hopefully I can collect the new bike tomorrow and get some proper cycling in, doing the exercise bike is as enjoyable as grinding my teeth against a blackboard!

I was surprised by the exercise machines, they are harder than I thought they would be but that can only be a good thing… 😀 😀
Can feel it in my shoulders already…looking forward to going back again Wednesday. Its great that its only 30 mins for the workout, its perfect for us busy mums. I went straight after the school run at 9.20am and was home to a lovely bundle of ironing in hardly any time at all….lucky me eh???

February 8, 2010 at 5:20 pm #88373YvonneMemberGlad this morning went well Sabbi!
Bit of a dilemma – dinner time and I don’t what to have! Had eggs for lunch, would it be ok for have more eggs for dinner, as in an omelette?
Not much in the house either, didn’t get out yet to do the shopping!February 8, 2010 at 5:34 pm #88375FabienneMemberI think you can have more eggs. The ok number is 7 a week, isn’t it? So eat chicken or chickpeas tomorow.
Have to start to think about our diner as well.
Should turn off computer.Fabienne
February 8, 2010 at 6:30 pm #88386scole1Memberfabienne,
in response to week 4 questions i don’t have the answers i just go by the menus and also check calories if i want to deviate, but try and stick to the meals as much as i can…at the end just watch what you are eating and you’ll do fine…
feeling rather sick today not in mood for food but forced it down lol..
February 8, 2010 at 6:58 pm #88390FabienneMemberScole you’re very good at following the plan.
I’m not, but don’t think I do so badly.
And yes, it’s the RTE plan which was not meant to be a " a la carte" pln like WW.
I accept that now.
Don’t feel guilty, very happy, and doing good overall.
It took me few weeks to reach that stage. But it’s for life and I’ll stick to a better life plan.Talk soon,
