Hi all,
Nicola Connolly-Byrne here in Duleek. I started the Duleek Parent and Toddler Group a couple of years ago as a way to get to know other local people who had children at a similar age. It’s gone from strength to strength. The committee who run it now are doing a great job; it’s like a business its run so professionally! If anyone in the area has not experienced it – go down to the parish hall 10-12 every Wednesday if only for the freshly baked scones and brown bread! There are two guys who regularly attend, so new guys don’t have to be shy in showing their face. My children are getting a bit bigger now and I’d like to start earning a few bob for myself again. I am a mother of two children 5yrs and 2.5yrs old. I am looking to take on minding someone else’s child/children mornings/afternoons or both. I am flexible with times and days. I travel every day into Mornington to bring my son to school and daughter to the Naoinra (Irish play school). Our home is a very child centred place to be. I have a fully enclosed front and back garden for loads of outdoor activities together. We also love going on adventure walks, baking, puzzels and doing arts and crafts all while speaking the cupla focal (very cupla focal!). We enjoy eating healthy food but we do have the odd treat now and then for really good behaviour Your child will be treated as one of my own. I am available to travel to do pick ups’ and collections.
Looking forward to hearing from interested Mams and Dads. Also, if anyone wants any more info on the Duleek P&T group please ask.
Kind Regards,
Nicola.

There are 2 Mumstown get togethers next Tuesday, May 4th in Drogheda, if you’re free to come along you can meet lots of other parents there.
First one is Bagel Bar, Laurence Town Centre, 10am. (Free parking, lots special offers, play area etc.)
Tuesday afternoon 2pm, Scotch Hall, food court downstairs. Free parking, free Gymboree display and lots more.
Might see you at one of them.
Good luck with the playgroup and everything else 😀
