    Hi Jackie,

I am doingthe walk in Phoenix park on the 19th too…looking forward to it! 5km not so bad, I’ve done the womens mini marathon a few times and always at the half way mark I wish I was done, so reckon 5km will suit us fine as its half the distance!

Where are you based? If you want to do some really fun classes, check out the http://www.labfitness.ie ad on here, they are the ‘ask the fitness experts’ and their classes are great fun. They have a great range of stuff and lots of mums go to them, there is something to suit all fitness levels.

there is also a weekly parent & baby swim in Bettystown Court Hotel that mumstown members can go to, only 5 euro all day friday & saturday for parents & babies/toddlers. Its a nice way to pass an hour with the baby in the pool.

There is also an operation transformation section on here too, as there was a team of parents from Mumstown on the show last year, this section is at : viewforum.php?f=82

Aside from that, plenty of chat on all sorts of topics.

Hope you enjoy the site, happy chatting!!
