    Hello ladies,

    I am a mum to two wonderful daughters aged nearly 26 and 25 .
    Thankfully they are now at the stage where the mothering has changed and so has our relationship.
    I am also launching a new branch of my work in june. You can check out my website http://www.growandglow.ie.
    I would love to have your feedback – as this business has been developed from working with women for years and finding out what they want – more time, less stress, better time management and generally the facility of someone who can listen to them without judgement and help them to make the changes they would like to make in their lives.

    Last month there were two glamorous grannies at the parent & toddler coffee morning so you are not the only one with grown up children to use this site!!
