    We are delighted to announce our new Children’s Pilates Class
    (6-12yrs)     with paediatric physiotherapist Emma Frame MISCP.

    This class will help to improve balance, co-ordination and core strength and help to optimise flexibility in a fun and easy way. So this class is ideal for children with a history of toe walking, flat feet or problems such as developmental delay.

    The class will be held on Wednesday evenings afterschool at 17.15 for 45min.

    The first class will be held on Wednesday 18th of January. This first class will be at a special rate of €10. After that a 4 week course will run at a total of €60.

    We had our first Childrens Pilates class at BodyRight last wednesday evening and what great buzz about the place 😀

    There is still 1 space left so if anyone has a son or daughter interested give us a call they are very welcome to give it a try…
