Need Full time Childminder From April 08 – Drogheda South

Hi there,

I am looking for a childminder for my son from April 2008 when i return to work after my Maternity leave.

He will be 7 months at the time. I would really like to get someone who lives close to me in FIVE OAKS or an estate very near by.

I would also like to leave him with the childminder for a day a week for a few weeks before i return to work to make sure he gets use to being with someone differnet and is happy.

He is a very happy, loving child.

If anyone can recommend anyone, that would be great.

Edel Ispoke to the other neighbour who is a childminder and she gave me her number to pass on to you. She has her own kids and they are beautiful kids with manners which is very rare nowdays. I’ll pm you the number

I know someone who child minds in Wheaton Hall if that’s any good to you. Can ask her to contact you if interested. What hours will you be looking for?

I have been in touch with your neighbour but i have now decided not to go back to work until April instead of Feb, so unfortunately that doesn’t suit her, so still on the look out for a childminder.

Rpc, if i could get the contact details of that childminder in Wheaton hall, that would be great.

I was hoping to find one in Five Oaks, but doesn ‘t look like i will find one.

My baby is such a loving, happy, smiley little boy, it will be so hard to leave him & go to work, but it has to be done. I want to make sure that he is totally happy with whoever i leave him with. I Would like to leave him with childminder for a day or two each week in March to be sure that it he is happy out before i go back full time in April.

I emailed you Edel, its a pity things didnt work out but your right about having a good feeling about your minder. It is your baby you will be leaving with someone and you have to like your minder and just click with them.
I hope you find someone soon, did you think about putting an advert into the shops on the dublin road and wheaton hall. The girl next door is a childminder but she gave up last year as she was very unwell, I dont know if she is going to start back to work. I might say it to her

Hi – glad to hear you’ll have an extra 2 months with your son – unfortunately the childminder in Wheaton Hall is only doing mornings or short days (finish by 4.00pm or so) so she will probably not suit. Good luck.

Got another number for a lady in Wheaton hall who is interested in child minding, so plan to contact her asap, hopefully if suits us both.

Also going to look into creches, just in case.
