There is a link under the Drogheda Area News and Announcements section where you can sign an online petition to keep the hospital in Drogheda….I know it probably wont do any good but the more people who sign the better.
Navan is a ludicrous place for the main hospital in the north east, they havent had a train line for about the last 40 years and the roads are brutal. Another example of the total lack of thought and planning in this country.
Yeah thats about the level of thought that goes into it..ooh we got a free site but lets not worry about how it will actually work for people !! But dont they also have a land bank in Ardee ?? at least its off the motorway…
The problem with the HSE and this is from painful first hand knowlege, is that no one is accountable, there are too many people passing the buck…..
