MemberPermenant marker works on the clothes labels (most have a space to write it) I just put ds intials and room number on it.
For lunch boxes either get a stack of sticky labels and write on them or just scratch in the name.
If your kids are anything like my ds they are gonna get mislaid or forgotten anyway no matter if the name on them or not haha

MemberYou could have a look at http://www.mynametags.ie
I got 50 iron on ones for clothes and 50 sticker ones which go on lunch boxes etc. for €15. (Dishwasher proof) The childs name and phone number if you wish and a little symbol of your choise. They have worked really well for me. Delivery was very quick! I’ve been very happy with them!
