Sounds good, will think about it as a walk to the shops would kill me now never mind a 10k walk/run….. will see if I can get a few others to join before I commit

Okay.. just registered… gonna ask my son tomorrow if he wants to run also for DAR he’s 8 and they do a kids run also.. 2.5 km

Its a new year 2008… and its good to get up and do something good and feel great for doing it..

Hope others run for DAR and make a difference..
