    Hi girls,

    we are trying to set up some morning fitness classes for mums… we are looking for suggestions as what days/times and type of class would you be interested in…

    i would appreciate if you could email me if you are interested.



    I would do a class on a morning specifically for my tummy. I have had 4 pregnancies and my tummy is just not going away and my youngest is 2 and a half. It is the one area I cannot shape up.
