If anyone is struggling or needs to talk about a miscarriage, please feel free to share or ask questions here.
Having been through 2 miscarriages, we understand how awful it is and how helpful it can be to talk about it and to ask support from other parents. This is a safe space for you to talk about anything you have been through. There is nothing taboo on here.
Our miscarriages were two very different experiences but both were devastating.
There is alot of support at http://www.miscarriage.ie too
You are not alone, there is so much support for you here and from Miscarriage Association of Ireland. If you feel very distressed or down after a few weeks don’t be afraid to talk to your GP too.
