[ Hi Ladies, I am looking for a caring, reliable, non smoking minder for my daughter in September. She will be 14 months old. I am working two days a week, Mondays and Tuesdays with occasional Wednesdays during the school term time. I am fortunate to have 15 weeks holidays a year, including one week end of October, 2 weeks at Christmass, 2 weeks at Easter and then the summer holidays.
