The death of 50-year-old pop singer Michael Jackson has been confirmed by the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office. According to reports, Jackson was rushed to hospital yesterday afternoon (US time) after being found in an unconscious state at his home. The singer’s brother Jermaine Jackson told reporters that Michael’s personal physician initially tried to resuscitate him at home before paramedics were called to the scene. Jackson was then rushed to a Los Angeles hospital, where doctors tried to revive him for an hour, before pronouncing him dead at 2.26pm. Fred Corral of the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office indicated that the singer arrived at the hospital in full cardiac arrest.
The cause of Jackson’s death has not yet been confirmed but an autopsy is expected to be carried out later today.Totally Unexpected News, i thought he would be around for a long time yet. His poor three Children, i think the three of them are still all under 10 years old.
Heard it last night on the news at 11, to say i was shocked is an under statement, jaysus it came out of no where!!!!
went to see him in landsdown road when i was 9 and can still rem very vivdly the concert, bloody fab.
RIP he will be sadly missed.Also RIP to the gorgeous Farrah Fawcett after her 2 1/2 year long battle with cancer.

as for michael how mad is that…..ya know better he died before his concert coz if he dropped dead while performing it would be a media circus…..rip michael and may he have a better afterlife upstairs than he did here…..

I heard it last night about 10.30 but it was unconfirmed and they didnt know if it was a joke or not… came home and put skynews on and it was offical he was dead, very sad and I feel sorry for his family and kids, his family seem very emotional and weak, bet they go to pieces….. my mam thinks the kids might have a better life with him gone!!! Bit harsh, think a daddy or mammy is better then none!
Just heard on skynews they think it was a morphine od, but again its unconfirmed, think the source is tjz or what ever the name of the website that broke the news last night…….. also there was a hoax this morning that Jeff Goldbloom was dead too, but dont think that was true

Yeah it was a massive task to take on, considering he hasnt done a tap in 10 years or more, I know madonna is still going strong and kylie (not as old I know) but they are doing dance routines day in day out….. I think he had no choice as he had such huge money troubles 1/2 a billion if sky news is to be believed!!!!
The amount of STRONG painkillers he was on is shocking, I heard he had back trouble but come on!!! Had to have been a bit of an addiction going on
