    Ok, so this morning someone (ok, a man) told me he was worried for my ‘wellbeing & safety’ after he saw this video! I explained to him that these feelings are NORMAL for women going through #perimenopause & #menopause. We are not a danger to ourselves and others, we just need empathy, advice and PROPER support! Janey Mac…….I need oestrogen, not to be sectioned!

    is this video that scary???? I just think it’s honest and tbh, the only people ‘worried’ about it are men. They just don’t get it!!!!!
