    Was driving into Drogheda today in the lashings of rain and my windscreen wiper on the driver side stopped working. Headed up to MC Autos in Grenhills area and the fella who runs it came out, had a look, went off, got a wrench (or some such tool!) and fixed it for me there andthen, on the spot.

    It was a loose bolt (or something like that) and he had it fixed in 2 mins and he said no charge. Now in fairness, we do get our cars serviced there but still, he probably could have charged me something but he didn’t. So fair play to him, shows there are still some nice people out there!

    I went to him too last year, got a price in Renualt and it was huge price he did it a few days later for a fraction of the price, lovely no messing sort of chap…
