Marshes Big Toddle for Barnardos, see what happened!

Hi all,

For our next monthly Mumstown Dundalk get together at The Bagel Bar, Marshes on Thursday 2nd June; we will be helping Barnardos raise a few quid by having a ‘Big Toddle’ in the centre.

Anyone who was there last year will remember the madness and fun we had with all the ‘toddles’ where we had a race track set up. The kids did it for fun but when it came to the mams, dads and most surprisingly grandparents, they all took it very seriously….and it was great craic.

If you are free Thursday morning 2nd June, please come and support this fantastic event, there will be treats for everyone who can make it including:
Free nibbles, courtesy of Bagel Bar
Medals, balloons etc for the babies, toddlers & kids who take part
Free samples & goodies for everyone……and lots more

Hope to see lots of you there, we start at 10am and all parents, babies, toddlers, grandparents, childminders etc most welcome. Please pass it on to anyone you know who might like to attend.

If any of you snap happy mums or dads would like to come and take some photos on the day that would be great. We are hoping some local media will be there but it would be nice to get some pics for the Mumstown site and our Facebook too.

Jo-Anne from Erin Crafts has kindly offered to come and do some face painting so plenty to keep the little ones occupied!

Hi all,

Wishin Well Holistic Therapies have kindly given us a 50 euro voucher for an aromatherapy massage to raffle off on Thursday too – so some lucky parent will be heading home with that as a prize!

Hope lots of mums, dads, babies, toddlers, grandparents etc can make it Thursday. It is for a great cause and will be good fun.

Thank you SOOO much to all the mums, dads, babies & toddlers who took part in our Big Toddle this morning at Marshes.

It was great to see all the children running along the race track and also, great that we were able to raise a few quid for Barnardos too!

There was a steady stream of mums asking her questions and getting advice on all sorts of topics from morning sickness, to teething. Great to have an expert on hand to answer tricky questions and give advice.
