looking for a childs plastic or wooden play house

it my dd 3rd birthday soon & id love to get her either a wooden or plastic playhouse ,just wondering if anybody knew where the best place is to buy them at a resonable rate or does anybody know someone who makes them! it would be a great help !

My parents have a two story wodden house they are looking to get rid of free of charge . In need of a little work as it has seen many grandchildren but nothing major nothing a few screws would not fix , let me know if your intrested .
