    right im trying to lose a stone for xmas so here goes

    monday
    lunch ham and colslaw roll
    dinner chicken curry and rice
    snacks pk of chips sticks and a cornetto

    tuesday
    brekki 2 cups of tea with lowfat milk
    lunch ham and colslaw roll (again ) :oops:
    dinner chicken mash carrotts turnup and peas

    going to scrub house in a while so thats me exercise for today

    U need to try eat something @ breakfasttime even something small to get ur metabolism started

    oh i can never eat anything very early i always feel sick had lunch early today cos i was up at 6 😥 😥 well an actimel if that counts for brekki

    try some fruit or a proper yogurt if u can’t eat a proper breakfast

    was to tired to cook so had a chipper got a junior box yummm
    snacks pk tayto smokei bacon couple of toffees and going to have a corneto and go to bed early so i dont eat any more 🙁 🙁

    U have to much temptation in your house, you’ll never eat healthy with a press full of crisps calling out to you

    Next time your shopping by pass the crisp n cr@p aisle & fill ur fruit bowl.

    Well done lisa, your dinner was making my mouth water 😀
    If you want to snack, why not snack on popcorn, kitkats, Fruit pastels or lollies, a lolly is only 60 cals and lasts ages
    So when doing the shopping get a healthy or lower in fat/sugar snack

    are kitkats low in calories ??? Maybe I will get a pack of snack size when I am shopping for when u NEED something with a cup of tea 🙂

    Oh God dont quote me, but as far as I remember in WW they were only 1 or 2 points, better then most bars. Even a snack pack of maltesers
