Ladies why not organize a group of your friends and have a night out with a difference.
The Grow and Glow process for groups is a fun and lively way of learning to take care of yourself – and make some good friends!
If you’re a busy mum you need some all important Me Time.
Take the Grow and Glow 2 hour mini workshop where you can experience fun ways of:
1. Building trust
2. Discovering your strengths and talents
3. Looking at your life and seeing where your energy and attention goes
4. Creatively and easily finding out how to give more time where you want to and where it is needed
Community groups, self-help groups, support groups, groups of friends and couples have experienced this workshop and found it to be fun, enlightening and an opportunity to get to know each other better and to give themselves some well deserved ‘me’ time.
