I actually feel so sorry for Kim Kardashian – it must be awful to be constantly photographed, especially on days when she may not be feeling or looking her best and someone is there with a camera.
Her poor feet look so sore in this pic, I remember having swollen so many times when I was pregnant and the last thing I wanted to do was wedge my feet into a pair of heels – ouch!!
I think she needs to invest in more flat shoes….
