    I’ve been avoiding it for years but have the odd diet coke for a sugar boost as I’m in weight watchers and it has no points.
    It’s not in splenda which is handy for dieters for hot drinks and baking 🙂
    Didn’t know about lemsip!

    the list i had it said it was in splenda… or was it another brand? Sorry i well have a look at the list again
