Kids party entertainers

Does anyone have any contacts for kids party entertainer? just looking for something simple (and reasonable) facepainting, balloon modelling, maybe a little dancing and games. its will be my daughters 3rd birthday party. seems to be impossible to find someone in the louth/meath area and to have someone come from dublin once the travel is added on its too expensive.
