    DEF wont be able to say no tonight……..my bro makin a strawberry gateaux with extra strawberries as im typin this for mam bday cake!!!!!!!! Ill eat it til it comes out of me ears i tell ya! Its fruit portion isnt it!

    I was so bold Yvonne….put on 1.4lbs over past 3wks with my stupidity!!!!! Swear when im tired n not exercising i want choc n eat it too! Need a kick up the hole!

    I know, the last thing you want when you are tired is something healthy and to start exercising….but you have had a tough few weeks, so thats understandable – after tonight you will be back on top form!

    Oh your lunch sounds yumm, havent done baked spud in ages…

    My nephew would give you a single tictac at a time, he was such a tight wad…. wouldnt have gotten 10 tictacs out of him 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆

    Notice i said ‘robbed’ from aaron, believe me that kid likes his skittles, hes the type to take one out n hand to me!

    MMmmm lunch was fab i have to say! How they got spuds so big ill never know! Think they got a dose of steriods or somethin…tellin ya they were hugh!

    Lunch – sausage 7 rasher & slice brown bread

    Break – kiwi smoothie with strawberry, low fat yughury & oj

    Tea – wrap with chilli chicken, lettuce, tomatoe, cucumber, onion & green pepper with chilli mayo
