    I was literially MADE take one! Joke! Was nice all the same! Gotta behave the week end now! Thats my killer! No feckin wine for 2 wk ends! How will i live!

    You are doing really well on this Jo! You put me to shame last night having the salad!
    I have start reading that new diet and will get stuck into it – it looks very do-able!

    Tea

    Baked breast chicken, sauted mushroom & onions with 2 slices brown bread
    Glass diet coke

    Feck the cinema anyway!
    Near half bucket of medium popcorn and a million harrios!!!!!!!!!!! Was so mad!

    Glass rose wine

    Saturday

    Breakfast
    Crunchy nut cornflakes
    Cup coffee
    2 finger kit kat

    Lunch
    2 slices brown bread with low fat cheese toasted
    Glass apple juice

    Tea
    Subway – chili chicken wrap with lettuce, onion , tomatoe, cucumber & green pepper
    Half portion of kfc fries (WHY my sis bought them for me ill never know!!!)
    Coffee

    Snack
    2 glasses rose wine & about 4 pieces of galaxy (YUM!!!!)

    Sunday

    Breakfast
    2 slices brown bread toasted & strawberry jam

    Cup coffee
    S finger kit kat

    Lunch
    2 small potatoes, carrots & chiken
    Glass diet 7 up

    Tea
    Chiken chow mein
    Can diet coke

    Ah i think its a good diet yvonne. Jus common sense really. 2.4lbs off this week. My week ends my killer thou! Cant not eat what the others are havin or my mouths watering!!!!!!!!!!

    This week i only got the 2 days in cos was rushin fri nite n out the door jus as quick on sat. This week too we’ll have overtime so prob no exercise at all if hom elate cos ill be fecked! Its more about healthy eatin me thinks! Cut out all the shite n then low fat low carbs all the way!! Well try anyway! Not always so easy.

    I was told that weight loss is 85% change of diet and 15% exercise….

    Get a bin Yvonne n BIN IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! White bread is jus full of air!!!!!!!!!!! No nutrition what so ever in it! Even better still bring that bin out side n watch how fast it burns….cos nout in it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stopped taken white break yonks ago n now i cant stomach it at all!

    I’ve stopped eating bread well white bread and my tummy has gone down sooo much…. I couldnt say its gone flat but down is a better choice of word 🙄 😆 😆
