This week too we’ll have overtime so prob no exercise at all if hom elate cos ill be fecked! Its more about healthy eatin me thinks! Cut out all the shite n then low fat low carbs all the way!! Well try anyway! Not always so easy.

Even better still bring that bin out side n watch how fast it burns….cos nout in it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stopped taken white break yonks ago n now i cant stomach it at all!
