I run classes regularly in Mornington; Stamullen; Dublin & am now teaching in Drogheda. Infant Massage is a wonderful way of spending quality time with the new little person in your life, in my class you will learn how to massage your baby over a 5week course with step-by-step easy to follow massage moves; we also learn how to relief Colic; Gas & Constipation with a proven massage routine.
Baby yoga-the next step to Infant Massage; based on the principles of Yoga with plenty of stretching; lifting & flying for baby with gentle safe moves for new Mums; a fun, nourishing, bonding, relaxing way to exercise with your baby. You will learn how to exercise with your baby through play with many different nursery rhymes & songs. plus joint relaxation at the end of each class
