how is everyone todayam grand oh waiting i tell ye got these detox things from the chemist you put them on your feet and it gets out all the bad toxins in your body done it last night and took it off tismoroing and oh my god the smell of it it was gross but meant to be very good

yeah i heard about them bit sceptic on if they really owrk though. i read aboutn them on rollercoaster and some reviews werent that great. always great to try something new though ha ha.my da has used them and he thinks there great and my friends mam is doing them at themoment she said that she is getting great night sleep sbecause of them ….but they are rank

Mine are jus startin to show dev this wk. They dont take the hunger away from ya but work on your fat metabolism. Gota keep goin the way i am now thou n gotta start the exercise again n then ill have my new me for xmas! Jus need more motivation to do it! So lazy these days!!
