Hi All,
I just recently moved to Bettystown around the middle of last year and I don’t really know anyone
I have two daughters one at 14 years old who goes to the Colaiste na hInse and the other is 14 months old.
I would love to get out and about to meet other mums and hopefully make some new friends

Welcome to the site. There is a parent and toddler swim in the Bettystown Court Hotel every Friday at 10am, if swim doesnt interest you some of the mams meet at 11am for tea and scones.

Try and come along to the Bettystown Court Hotel in the morning… you’ll get to meet a few mums…. and its really relaxed. Even if you don’t swim, then come along for the scones!

Enjoy the chatting and if you feel like getting out and about, we might see you at some of the events. Maybe tomorrow at the hotel or next Tuesday at the Bagel Bar in the Laurence town centre (free nibbles and free parking)
Or at 2pm in the afternoon in Scotch Hall. Free hair do’s by Peter Mark, free makeover by Fuschia, free parking and other treats too.

I went along to Bettystown Court Hotel this morning. I was really nervous but Im so glad I went along. My little one had an absolute ball and I felt human again getting some adult conversation. Everyone was so lovely and friendly and made me feel so welcome. Im now really looking forward to Tuesday. Now I’ve got something to look forward to. Thank You soo much. This is a brilliant website just wish I discovered it sooner 😆

glad you had fun, wasn’t able to make it ds got his mmr and so did the younger one so was a little flushed etc so thought would be best for a rest day, but hopefully see ya tues…..

It was really nice to meet you and Amy on Friday (I hope thats correct!!).
The Tuesday get togethers are great, she’ll love it, there is a big play area and lots of toys and they even built us a changing room in the Bagel Bar so we don’t have to go upstairs anymore!

SiobhanI was so looking forward to going to the Bagel Bar this morning but unfortunately I can be very clumsy at times and yesterday I fell over and I have badly sprained my ankle and now Im on crutches 🙁 Cant drive and def couldnt manage crutches and pushing a pram at the same time lol Cant wait to see everyone again very soon.
