Ok, so we are always looking for cool ways to exercise and this week, I’ve started hula hooping. I won’t lie, it doesn’t come naturally to me and I know I’ll have to practice a bit to get the hang of it but ALREADY after just doing it a few times, Ican really really feel it in my abs, tummy, upper thighs and hips!
Hula Hooping is a great exercise you can do at home, anytime. Its cheap and fun and I am hoping to get quite good at it in a few weeks…
