I was at my nieces birthday party yesterday & she had got a tramploine as her present & i remember when i was younger being quite good on them & i even had a few tricks so I thought I would see could I still do them….i was able to …but today I feel like my body was run over by a bus,seriously its like i have whip lash,i ache from head to toe.Its made me realise I am officially old & my trampolining days are behind me!
Is there anything that you have done that made you realise you are old?!
my son turning seven yesterday. I realised he was 10 in 3 years time, cant believe it.
