    hi all,

    For next week’s ‘me and my…’ column I was thinking of writing about hypnobirthing. Has anyone recently had a baby using this as a form of pain relief?

    i had a baby 2 and half years ago be hypnobirthing it was fab, would totally reccommend it, it was an experience i will hold dearly for the rest of my life, sometimes feels like it was a dream…..

    anyway tracy donnegan (my doula) she’s on line here, she may be able to get someone for you who has recently hada baby, my story is in her book……

    scole did you get any nice music relaxation cd’s for the birth if you did can I have a listen
