    Hi Lily,
I found it useful to go into all the search engines and to add my website details. When you do this you can also add relevant words for searching. This can bring your website up first depending on the search word.
    Good luck with your business.

Well if you go into some of the irish search engines and they will have a section where you can add your website – you then fill in all details and in the section on appropriate words , add all the words that you can think of that the public would use to find you.
If you go on yahoo.ie at the bottom of the page is a section suggest a site and you can add yours.
Another is google.ie, ireland.com – just google a list of search engines.

Many thanks for the information! I am based in Termonfeckin, Drogheda Co. Louth. The whole address of my website is http://www.lilysteashop.com.
By the way, somebody recommends me to buy a package which will provide me over 100 backlinks so that my website will have higher ranking on Google. Has anybody tried that?
    Thanks again girls!

    Hi Enopi,
The website is: http://www.30minutebacklinks.com. I think it is an American company.
I have a friend suggesting not to use paid links. So I don’t think I will try it for the moment.
    Cheers,

    Hi ladies,

the best way to grow links to your site is to actually just ask people to put a link to your site, on their site!

A good site map is apparantly a good way to get higher in Google. Must do this myself!

If you need any help with writing content for your sites, or if you would like somebody to update the site for you, drop me a line.
